Goat Kurma Bento

Leftovers from a trip to our favorite Indian place, Nilgiri's, is the main course for today's bento. I made some fresh rice in the rice cooker and packed a lot in since the lunch is kind of lacking a lot of meat. Also, those seeds are actually chai flavored pumpkin seeds that Jim and I made a few nights before from the guts of our jack-o-lanterns.


The main lunch box contained:
Goat Kurma
Basmati Rice

The secondary box contained:
Aloo Parartha (naan stuffed with mashed potatoes)
Chai Pumpkin Seeds
